Italian Serie A football club AC Milan has entered into a multi-year partnership with Asian online bookmaker Vwin in terms of which the bookmaker will now serve as the team’s first official regional partner in Asia.

The partnership signed between the parties will see the online betting platform working with the club in countries across Asia in order to launch customized marketing campaigns in the region.

The partnership will be developed through a number of strategic tools in order to achieve important milestones together. This includes allowing the bookmaker to use the AC Milan brand and official club images to promote its gambling services in Asia as well as an opportunity to expose the brand on digital and other activities dedicated to the Asian market.

Lorenzo Giorgetti, the Chief Commercial Officer at AC Milan, commented on the partnership by saying that they are proud to welcome Vwin, leader in the online betting industry in the Asian territory, to AC Milan’s family of partners.

Giorgetti went on to say that this agreement represents their club with a first and important step in the development of their commercial strategy on this key market.

Mr. Eric, the Chief Operating Officer at Vwin, added that they are extremely pleased with the agreement and are excited to collaborate with AC Milan. Eric also said that he is convinced that this will be a successful partnership for both sides. He added that they cannot wait to share the future that awaits them.

The exact financial terms and length of the agreement have not been made public.
