Fast Track, a leading Malta-based software provider has entered into its first partnership in Africa that will see it provide its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to Africa-facing sports betting operator, Parimatch Africa.`

Parimatch Africa has a vast presence in Tanzania and is aiming to expand in other African countries that include Democratic Republic of Congo, Nigeria, Uganda and Rwanda.

Fast Track will supply a customized solution for Parimatch Africa’s online launch, which will tie individual ‘moments’ into a player’s exclusive lifecycle and enable the operator to synchronize all forms of player engagement from one place using real-time data.

Lasha Gogiberidze, Chief Executive of Parimatch Africa, commented that they have big plans over the next few months.  He added that with Africa being the fastest-growing region for sports betting, now is their moment to bring something new and exciting to this market.

Gogiberidze went on to say that as part of their expansion plans, they know that they have to be able to engage with players in a way that others are not currently achieving in Africa, and Fast Track CRM is the tool they need to be able to do this.
