The National Football League (NFL) recently announced their first-ever U.S. sportsbook partnerships naming three unique partners.

In terms of the multi-year agreement, FanDuel, part of Flutter Entertainment plc becomes an Official Sports Betting Partner of the NFL and will utilize NFL marks within the sports betting category and operate around retail and online sports betting. The company will also endeavor to captivate fans through NFL-themed free-to-play games.

As the NFL’s newest partner, FanDuel will have a range of content integrations that include in-game as well as post-game highlights directly available within its sportsbook and fantasy sports platforms this coming season. The company will gain access to footage rights that bring the NFL’s exhilaration to FanDuel’s owned and produced content across its numerous platforms and serve with the League on pre-game integration opportunities on the NFL Network for the seven regular season games to be aired by the network in 2021.

Matt King, CEO at FanDuel, commented that on Superbowl Sunday they got a glimpse at how powerful the combination of the NFL’s excitement and their platform can be in delivering an enhanced fan experience. He added that they are delighted to make that combination official by pairing America’s No. 1 sportsbook with America’s No.1 sports league.

King also said that this partnership provides their shared customers with a new level of innovation and unmatched premium content directly within their platform, ultimately enhancing every gameday.
