Oulala, a Daily Fantasy Sports B2B provider, is enhancing its DFS network by entering into a deal with Safaribet Kenya, a leading sports betting group in Africa, in terms of which the group will be allowed to launch operations in Africa.

The new deal will see Oulala’s fantasy sports betting platform being offered on the Safaribet website for a period of two years as from the beginning of 2018, with the possibility of extending the period.

The Fantasy Sports product will include Hockey, Rugby, Basketball, Football, Soccer and more.

Imran Premji, Chief Executive Officder at Safaribet, commented on the deal by saying that they are known as a vibrant, disruptive sports betting brand that likes to cut across barriers and drive social interactions, so offering Daily Fantasy football games fits perfectly into their vision of connecting with their customers on an emotional level.

Premji added that they think that with Oulala’s platform they will further enhance their market position and really capitalize on the World Cup next year.

Valery Bollier, Chief Executive Officer at Oulala, added that they are thrilled that Safaribet has become a new member of their Daily Fantasy Football network. He added that while most iGaming operators have begun to acknowledge the growing need to offer new types of products in order to attract younger generations, Safaribet’s team made a crucial step forward as they truly understand the benefits of offering their DFS product.

Bollier also said that young operators from Africa, Asia and South America, as well as new entrants within the European market, are far more eager to try out a new product and business model as they are still in the process of establishing and building up their brand and market.
