Scout Gaming, a licensed and regulated B2B provider of daily fantasy sports and betting solutions, has announced that it has entered into a framework agreement with Eurovision Sport, a division of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), the world’s top alliance of public service media, that will see it launch a daily fantasy sports platform with the media partner later this year.

The European Broadcasting Union has 116 member organizations in 56 countries with 34 more Associates in Africa, Asia, the Americas and Australia.  These members operate more than 2,000 television, radio and online channels and services and provide a host of content across other platforms.

Depending on the pace of the uptake within EBU members and partners, the agreement could potentially have a considerable effect on Scout Gaming’s revenues in future years.

Andreas Ternstrom, Chief Executive Officer at Scout Gaming, commented that Scout Gaming’s ambition has from the start been to partner with tier one operators and media houses, particularly those that share their appetite for innovation within the sports area.

Ternstrom went on to say that EBU is an ideal partner and that they are extremely passionate about providing and coordinating high quality content to its member’s audience.  He added that the agreement clearly demonstrates the level of satisfaction among their current media clients.

He also said that he is proud to be delivering to an organization of the magnitude as EBU, and looks forward to helping them and their members to develop and innovate their sports content in the coming years.
