Everi Holdings, a leading online gambling games developer, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a content integration and technology license agreement with Spin Games, the premium provider of innovative content and smart solution HTML5 technology to interactive and social gaming operators.
In terms of the agreement, Spin Games will integrate Everli’s gaming content through the Robust Online Client (ROC), which is Spin Games’ HTML5 remote gaming server (RGS) for distribution to North American and European online gambling markets.
The deal will give Everi the benefit of Spin Games’ technology as well as the capability to distribute its online slot titles to mobile devices, desktop platforms and multiple internet browsers.
