Sports betting operator Fox Bet and Flutter Entertainment owned FanDuel have both entered into partnerships with the XFL, the new football league that is due to commence its inaugural season this weekend.

Fox Bet is the joint venture between The Stars Group and broadcaster Fox Sports, and will become an authorized gaming operator of the league.

XFL-centric betting markets will be promoted and offered by the operator to customers and create a special Fox Sports Super 6 game for each week of the XFL regular season as well as one for its post-season Semi-finals and Championship game.  The free-to-play game will offer customers guaranteed weekly cash prizes.

Fox Bet will also have the right to utilize the XFL’s official data feed, team logos, league marks, player and coach likeness as well as certain league content across its sports betting app and the free-to-play game.

Robin Chhabra, Chief Executive Officer at Fox Bet, commented that they are thrilled to be an authorized gaming operator of the XFL and part of all the excitement surrounding the league’s kick off this February.  He added that just as they are re-imaging the game of football in America, they at Fox Bet are re-imaging the sports experience for fans across the country.

Jeffrey Pollack, President and Chief Operating Officer at XFL, said that Fox Bet is a leader in mobile sports wagering and they are proud to partner with such an important player in the sports betting community

Pollack also said that they want what their fans want and legal sports betting is an important part of the fan experience that will allow them to connect more strongly with the XFL.
