NOVOMATIC Interactive’s division Greentube has entered into an agreement with locally licensed operator Wplay in terms of which it will make its entry into Colombia’s regulated iGaming market.

The agreement sees Greentube’s innovative, market leading slot, video bingo and table games being successfully and seamlessly integrated via Greentube’s own in-house platform to Wplay, one of the leading casino brands in the Colombian market.

The top-notch selection of games will be enhanced further with new titles that are due to be released by the brand in the future.  Consumers in Colombia will now gain access to classic slots that include HotTM deluxe and Lucky Lady’s CharmTM deluxe and will also have the opportunity to enjoy bingo titles such as 1-2-3 Bingo!, Bingo 10 and more.

Michael Bauer, the CFO/CGO at Greentube, commented that the online expansion in Colombia is another important step for them as it is the first market they have targeted in the Americas.

Bauer went on to say that they already know that their games are popular based on NOVOMATIC’s success in the land-based market and their goal is to replicate that success online.  He added that Wplay is one of the key players in the market and they are excited about this impressive cooperation.

Betancur also said that their deal with Greentube is a very significant one, as they are sure that with their comprehensive casino games portfolio, they will be able to not only create this unique experience for many players, but also expand their local market.
