Ahead of the deal that will see 888 Holdings acquire the non-US business of the UK-based gambling empire, William Hill, the group has announced the appointment of several new non-executive directors, namely: Andria Vidler, Randy Freer and Andre Gisle Joosen.

In addition, by the request of Sinitus Nominees Ltd., 888’s largest shareholder, another non-excutive, Ori Shaked has been added to the 888 Holdings board.

Shaked previously worked for 888 as a business development manager. He has many years of experience in the gaming industry as a game producer and entrepreneur.
