London-listed gaming technology supplier Playtech has revealed that it has launched a built-in bet slip for Ladbrokes Coral’s live casino, giving players an opportunity to follow live football action and place bets without the need to leave the casino tables.

The built-in bet slip was developed by the company’s Playtech Live subsidiary with the launch marking the first time that a bet slip has been fully integrated into a live casino product.

Featuring roulette, operated by sports-trained dealers, the new offering will provide match commentary throughout the remaining games of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, with a dedicated video wall that displays all the match highlights and statistics.

Playtech has implemented technology from Fresh 8, a leading marketing solutions provider, to make certain that the most popular and optimized bets are conveyed to each user.

The integrated bet slip is the latest sports betting and live casino crossover product that Playtech has developed for Ladbrokes Coral. The supplier created a Cheltenham Festival-themed live roulette product last year that featured live streaming of all races.

Kevin Kilminster, Playtech’s Head of Live Casino Innovation, commented that the new Ladbrokes Coral integrated bet slip is a significant step forward for the live casino experience. He added that sports fans no longer have to choose between playing roulette and keeping up-to date with the big events.

Kilminster went on to say that with everything they need to place sports bets fully incorporated into the live studio, it is a more convenient and engaging experience for the players.

Antonio Ruggeri, Ladbroke Coral live casino product manager added that he was delighted to follow the Cheltenham Roulette product with the bet slip launch.
