Tvmatchen.nu, Raketech’s leading sports media platform, has entered into a sponsorship agreement in terms of which it has become an official partner of the first-class Stockholm based football club Djurgardens IF.  The sponsorship will see TVmatchen.nu having its logo on the player’s shirts during the upcoming season.

TVmatchen.nu is the largest online sports listing platform for TV and streaming services in Sweden and has over 750,000 unique visitors each month.

The sponsorship agreement will also see TVmatchen.nu become an official partner of the historic football club from Stockholm and includes advertisement at Djurgarden’s home stadium Tele2 Arena as well as player shirt sponsorship and digital exposure.

Michael Holmberg, Chief Executive Officer of Raketech commented that TVmatchen.nu is one of their most successful products and they are pleased to enter this partnership with Djurgarden, which is one of Sweden’s largest clubs in the top flight of the Swedish football league.  He added that they have for some time explored ways to increase the visibility of TVmatchen, and the natural step was to enter a sponsorship connected to their users – in this case a leading football club in Sweden’s Allsvenskan league.

Holmberg also said that they believe Allsvenskam is the best that Sweden has to offer in terms of sports entertainment, and this season they chose to work with Djurgarden.

Holmberg went on to say that they see high value in exposing the TVmatchen brand on player shirts and in connection to the games and their aim is to attract new users to TVmatchen’s extensive sports media services.
