XIN Gaming, a leading Asia-facing online betting software group, is pleased to announce that it has acquired the Swedish software and solutions provider Tain as well as sportsbook provider Betting Promotion.

Following a merger in 2013, the two Swedish companies will now be owned by XIN Gaming, an already established leading content and platform supplier.

XIN’s decision to acquire the companies is due to Tain’s reputation as one of the most credible B2B operators in the online gaming industry and because of the potential of its widespread and independent offering.

Mathias Larsson, XIN Gaming’s Managing Director, commented on the group’s new acquisition by saying that this is a milestone for XIN Gaming as the acquisition moves them up to the next level within the sector.

Larsson also said that Tain is not just a very good platform, but also one of the most established brands in the online market and that this heritage is important to them as they believe that it builds trust.

He went on to say that most suppliers out there only have their own platform, and their reliance on third-party providers means they cannot offer competitive pricing to clients.  He added that Tain, however, has a complete in-house offering and can therefore offer low prices to operators.

Since launching its first sportsbook in 1999, Tain has expanded its offering to include a betting exchange and poker, casino and bingo games.  The company also offers a feature-rich payment gateway solution.

Larsson added that Tain offers best-of-breed third-party content on its platform from providers that include NetEnt and Evolution and will also now integrate slot games from XIN Gaming and Live Dealer from Asia Gaming which will be available to European operators.
