Since 2017, the jackpot betting operator, Lottoland, has been sponsoring the National Rugby League team, the Sea Eagles. This week, Lottoland announced that it will be expanding this sponsorship deal from gaining naming rights to serving as the team’s official coach partner until the end of the upcoming season. Lottoland has also negotiated stadium naming rights.

According to the marketing director of Lottoland Australia, Matthew Brinckley, the company is delighted in upgrading its partnership with the Sea Eagles. He said that Lottoland has always valued the team’s contribution to the community and was pleased to be part of this contribution. “What better community to support than the Northern Beaches?” said Brinckley.

As part of the deal, the Lottoland brand will feature on the Sea Eagles’ coach box. In addition, head coach, Des Hasler and his team will wear Lottoland branded clothing.

Hasler said that he was looking forward to working closely with Lottoloand, and that he appreciated their ongoing support and proactive approach in increased investment towards the team’s equipment and resources needed to compete next season.

Recently, Lottoland was handed a landmark victory in the New South Wales Supreme Court against the Australian Communications and Media Authority. The jackpot betting company was accused of breaching the country’s Interactive Gambling Act, but the court ruled in its favor.
