Day one of the ICE Totally Gaming 2018 event saw Microgaming, an award-winning software development company, announcing that it is working with Triple Edge Studios, an independent game studio and developer of gaming software for the global market, to supply it with exclusive content which will only be made available to Microgaming casinos.

This is the first of a number of such independent game studios to start creating slot games for Microgaming, allowing the gambling giant to offer the market greater choice and innovation, while still delivering its operators and their players the best gaming experience.

There is due to be a number of games released by each of the supplying studios which will differ in type and style in order to ensure that as many of Microgaming’s customers are satisfied.  Not only will there be more diversity in the type of content offered, but there will also be many more games released.

Roger Raatgever, the Chief Executive Officer at Microgaming, commented that as the frontrunners in the industry their focus is always on what they can do next and exclusive content from independent global studios will play a huge part in delivering Microgaming’s growth strategy this year.

The first official release under the Triple Edge Studios brand is Playboy Gold that is due to launch on 7th March 2018.

Brendan Walton, Design Lead at Triple Edge Studios commented that it feels fantastic to be launching their studio during the industry’s biggest trade event, ICE.  He added that following months of hard work, they are proud to be an exclusive provider of content to Microgaming, the trailblazer in online gaming.
